Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email, phone, or in person. We recommend confirming the cancellation or rescheduling with our team to ensure proper communication and processing.
Exceptions:
Exceptions to the cancellation and rescheduling policy may be made in case of extenuating circumstances, such as a documented emergency or unforeseen event. Our team will review such cases on an individual basis and may exercise discretion in applying the cancellation fee.
