At Justin's Auto Spa, we are committed to delivering the highest quality mobile auto detailing and ceramic coating services. Thank you for considering us.
The following Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our services and protect the rights of both our clients and our team.
By scheduling any service with Justin’s Auto Spa, you agree to all terms listed below.
1. Vehicle Terms
Please remove all personal belongings, money, and valuable items from your vehicle before service. For safety and liability reasons, our technicians will not handle your personal items.
If technicians are delayed more than 15 minutes due to vehicle preparation (e.g., removal of items), or if a customer is late to their booked appointment time, we reserve the right to charge for lost time at our discretion.
Excessive trash or debris must be removed prior to service. A $50 Trash Removal Fee may apply at our discretion.
Storage areas such as glove compartments and center armrests that are not cleared of personal belongings will not be cleaned to protect your personal property.
Clients must remove child car seats and boosters prior to service. For safety reasons, our technicians will not install or uninstall car seats under any circumstances. If seats remain, we will clean around them but cannot guarantee satisfaction in those areas.
Pricing is based on vehicle condition and time required. Final pricing may vary after a pre-inspection. Any additional charges will be discussed before service begins—no surprise fees after completion.
Additional fees may apply for: Pet hair, stains, odors, mould, mildew, or hazardous materials
While we strive to remove pet hair and sand, complete removal is not guaranteed.
We make no guarantees regarding the removal of deep stains or odors. Some materials (e.g., upholstery, seatbelts) may be permanently stained or damaged.
Odors cannot be removed by cleaning alone. Lingering odors typically require ozone treatment or specialized services, which may not be included in standard packages.
We are not responsible for damage due to heavily soiled, stained, or damaged interior components, such as dash buttons and steering column buttons and knobs. Such areas may be so caked with dirt, grime, or makeup that cleaning may result in these buttons and knobs losing their markings.
Headliners are cleaned gently; deep cleaning may compromise adhesive and cause sagging. If the headliner is too fragile, we may opt not to clean it at our discretion, you will be informed during the pre-inspection.
Baked-on brake dust may not be fully removable and could require professional repair or replacement.
Bird droppings, sap, bug splatter, and tar can etch into paint if left untreated and may cause permanent damage, which will require additional work to safely remove. In some cases, the mark cannot be removed completely without compromising the clear coat.
Exterior black or grey textured or smooth trim restoration is not always possible. Severely weathered trim may require replacement.
Coatings, sealants, and waxes must be maintained with proper washing techniques. Improper care can shorten their lifespan and durability
2. On-Site Service Terms
Payment is due in full on the day of service. Multiple reminders will be sent if payment is not received.
We reserve the right to request payment in full prior to service from clients with a history of cancellations.
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients if scheduling or payment terms are not respected.
We reserve the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance with weather conditions, poor health of staff, and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.
Clients will be notified of any changes as early as possible.
For your safety, please maintain a distance of at least 10–15 feet during service. Hoses, cords, and equipment may present trip hazards.
Clients must disclose any hazardous or biohazardous conditions, such as but not limited to, urine, faeces, semen, mould, mildew, or other hazardous substances prior to service. Failure to do so may result in partial billing and immediate termination of the service for safety reasons.
3. Photo & Video Rights
By scheduling service, you grant Justin's Auto Spa permission to capture and use before/after photos or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes. No client names will be used without prior consent.

To opt out of photo or video use, please complete the following:

4. Service Guarantee
If any part of your service was not completed as promised or was performed below quality standards, Justin’s Auto Spa will determine appropriate measures to rectify the situation.
Clients must report concerns during the post-inspection or within 24 hours of service. Reports made after this window do not guarantee any correction but may still be considered.
If a client declines a redo appointment, this limits refunds to a maximum of 20% of the service value.
Only services listed on your order or approved by Justin’s Auto Spa are covered under the guarantee.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of service. Non-payment voids the service guarantee and any redo or discount options.
The client who schedules the service is responsible for pre- and post-inspection agreements.
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours via email (justinsautospaa@gmail.com) with supporting photographs.
Failure to disclose issues before services begin, such as but not limited to, heavy staining, biohazards, chemical spills, or other conditions during booking voids our service guarantee.
Recommended services that are declined may result in service guarantee limitations.
6. General Terms, Legal Fees & Disputes
The client agrees to make full payment prior to the release of the products or vehicle. The vehicle or products will not be released until full payment has been processed accordingly.
Past-due invoices may incur 18% annual interest and the client is responsible for any collection costs, including attorney and court fees.
This agreement is not based on subjective expectations. Acceptance of the vehicle confirms satisfactory completion.
This is not an expectation contract and we are not responsible for buyer’s remorse. By accepting the product or vehicle, you are accepting the job as complete and that the performance is satisfactory. You are responsible for inspecting the product and/or vehicle upon receipt. Clients shall notify Justin's Auto Spa in writing of any dispute concerning an invoice within 24 hours of the date of the invoice. If disputes are not identified in writing within the time frame, the client has accepted the job and the invoice. Clients must contact Justin's Auto Spa with any and all work in dispute, accompanied by a written explanation with supporting photographs, by email . After investigation, if an error is found on our behalf, we will make appropriate corrections.
Justin's Auto Spa is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or articles left in vehicles in cases of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond our control. We do not accept responsibility for consequential damages or loss of any kind related to the sale, installation, or delivery of our products.
It is the client’s responsibility to read our Terms & Conditions, available on our website, prior to contacting Justin's Auto Spa to perform any services.
7. Estimates & Inspections
Estimates are valid for 30 days and are subject to change based on actual vehicle condition at the time of pre-inspection.
Justin's Auto Spa is not responsible for the condition of the surfaces of the vehicle prior to any services rendered. Any existing scratches, cracks, or other damage will be visible through a coating or paint protection, and such surface damage or imperfections may damage the protection applied and cause the protection to fail prematurely.
We reserve the right to refuse any work or vehicle for any reason.
8. Errors & Revisions
We reserve the right to update or correct information regarding prices, services, descriptions, and availability without prior notice.
